Jakarta, August 9, 2025 — As part of its human resource development initiatives, PT Sinergi Mandiri Perkasa recently held an Interactive Motivational Training session with renowned coach Louis Sastrawijaya on August 9, 2025, at Brits Hotel, West Jakarta.

The event was attended by the board of directors and all employees of PT Sinergi Mandiri Perkasa, with the aim of boosting morale, strengthening a positive mindset, and fostering motivation to face future business challenges.

During the interactive session, Coach Louis Sastrawijaya shared insights on becoming a 'TOP' employee—a concept adapted from the Reddmas Group's core values: *Totalitas* (Responsibility and Excellence), *Optimal* (Dedication and Detail-Oriented), and *Progresif* (Modernization, Agility, and Sense of Belonging)—to support both individual and corporate success.
